one-time blocking

This was blocking that could be required for all foreigners (excluding citizens of the USSR, German Democratic Republic, Bulgaria, Hungary, Poland, Mongolia, Cuba) and homeless people with permanent residence outside Czechoslovakia and in the territory of Czechoslovakia. It was secured upon arrival to and departure from Czechoslovakia and was valid for 30 days. In addition to permanent or one-time blocking, it was possible (if not contrary to legal or internal standards) to demand certain acts (detention, holding at the passport control department, expulsion, photo documentation, personal and customs inspections, vehicle inspection, house search, interrogation, etc.)
